    Before applying the gel on large target muscle, test a small amount of it on the back of your hand to check for an allergic reaction or skin sensitivity.

    Use a small amount on the belly of the muscle and spread the gel to the surrounding area.

    Apply the gel on tight and cramped muscle to help increase blood flow and soothe soreness. Avoid using it on open cuts, wounds, broken or irritated skin.
