    (Sitting) Position the Energy Mat on the chair's backrest. Keep it in position by pressing your back against it. Keep pressing your back against it for 5-10 minutes or longer if you feel the improvement.

    (Sitting) Position the Energy Mat in front of the chair. Place your feet on it and add pressure for 5-10 minutes. You may add or reduce the pressure as long as you feel an improvement.
