Don’t take our word for it. Take theirs.
That’s the best $25 bucks I ever spent.– Susan C., Seattle Bike Show
My patients that are recreational and competitive athletes are sold on the benefits of immediate post–workout use of the Tiger Tai&hellipand as an amateur triathlete – so am I! The Tiger Tail gives patients an opportunity to have some control over pain. Patients often have a hard time grading the force needed for self–treatment with trigger points. They push too hard and cause more soreness in many cases. The Tiger Tail is easier and a more effective self–treatment&hellip” – Mike Studer, PT,MHS,NCS, President of Northwest Rehabilitation Associates
The Tiger Tail is like a massage therapist on a stick!– Marathon Maniac Eric B., Tacoma Marathon
I wasn't expecting much when I first ordered the Tiger Tail, but at such a low price it was worth a shot to relieve my aching muscles. As an endurance athlete I get my fair share of aches and pains. There is nothing like an hour with a massage therapist to relieve the aches, but who can afford that everyday? With the Tiger Tail you get deep tissue relief anytime you need it. It helps with the pain, but it also helps your muscles recover much quicker than I had hoped. It's a great product and worth twice the price! – Gene H., Redmond, WA
The Tiger Tail is not torturous like others I've tried.– Tony P., Eugene Marathon
The pain in my knee nearly took me out of the marathon I had trained months for. I wasn’t able to run for the past three weeks, and was fearful the pain would keep me from running my race. At the race expo the day before the race, Spring helped me find the trigger point that was causing my pain. I worked that trigger point out with her at the expo and several times the rest of the day. Because of the Tiger Tail—and Spring the “miracle woman”—I ran my personal best the very next day. Spring will always be Miracle Woman.– Luis D., Seattle Marathon
I can’t believe something that simple can feel so good!– Dorothy G., Bloomsday
I just bought this muscle massager. It works great. 5 minutes using this tool feels better than many hour long massages that I've received. I do kickboxing and am a black belt in martial arts. I know a thing or two about sore muscles. This massager hits the sore places and is easy to manipulate so that you can use it by yourself or with a partner. Definitely worth the money.–KMV, Des Moines, IA
My muscles are happy!– Monica F., Danskin Triathlon
I recommend using this very effective yet very simple tool! It helps work out trigger points (little muscle knots) and helps my recovery after a workout. The Tiger Tail will save you lots of money compared to other products or services on the market. You will not be disappointed!– Teresa Valley, Seattle, WA
It feels so good, how do you say no?– Chris S., Big Sur Marathon
I LOVE my Tiger Tail!!! I've had it for over a year and use it every time I play soccer. My teammates (who haven't already purchased one) always ask to use it. I "roll out" my legs before every game and what a difference it makes. I became a believer after having hamstring pain – I stretched for 20 minutes before my game and still had pain&hellipI then used the Tiger Tail for about 15 seconds and was able to play the rest of the game pain free. Again, I LOVE my Tiger Tail!! I've also given a few as gifts and the recipients have been thrilled with it too.– Beth B. Redmond, WA
Tiger Tail is the answer I’ve been looking for. Thank you Tiger Tail!– Johanna S., Whidbey Island Marathon
I play soccer 2-4 times a week and this little gem has become one of my best friends. It really helps with my sore muscles especially my glutes and hamstrings which we all know are hard to massage out by yourself! :) I had this in my office a few weeks ago and my coworker fell in love with it to. It's a really easy tool to use to help alleviate sore muscle groups which tend to always create additional injuries if they go untouched. I would definitely recommend this to you. It's a pretty inexpensive tool that you can use over and over again. – Kourtney H., Tacoma, WA
I’ve seen a lot of these types of products. This one beats them all.– John C., Los Angeles Marathon
I bought a couple of Tiger Tails and Knotty Tigers at a physical therapy conference to take back to work, but they never made it out of my house. Once I got them home, my family immediately adopted them. So, here I am, ready to reorder Tiger Tails and Knotty Tigers so I can get them into my clinic and into my patients hands. – James Weggenman, PT, Pettygrove Physical Therapy, Portland, OR
Wow – can I just say that the Knotty Tiger is a wonderful massage tool. This little tool fits so perfectly in the palm of my hand. It is so easy to rub my own shoulders, and when I work on my husband's back it saves my hands, fingers and thumbs! The tool does all the work and I get all the credit. Love it!– Susan N., Little Rock, AR
For over 30 years I suffered from chronic tension and migraine headaches. Literally, a day did not go by when I did not have a headache. I tried everything – every drug imaginable from a very good headache clinic; a hospitalization at a headache center in Michigan, a disc surgery on my neck – nothing worked. Then my chiropractor suggested the Davies' book. My husband and I read it, he massaged the indicated muscles, and – unbelievably – my headaches went away. I have been headache free now for a year and a half. I cannot express how grateful I am to Clair and Amber Davies for writing this amazing book. I feel as if I have truly been given a miracle. – Joan W., Milford, CT
This book has a wealth of information for anyone suffering from pain, whether it's chronic or acute pain. I am also a Nationally Certified massage therapist, and I recommend this book to my clients and colleagues. The techniques are simple and Clair does an excellent job of explaining everything one needs to know to understand the pain and become pain free. I have seen tremendous results time and again with my clients, and they can't believe how quickly their pain can be reduced or eliminated. This book is essential for anyone with pain and also for those who work with people in pain.– Carol K., Rochester, MN
